Real Number is just simple number
like positive integers, negative integers, large numbers, small numbers, whole
numbers, decimal numbers they all are Real numbers.
For Example, 0, 1, 152, 15.256,
-0.155, ¾, Ï€,
√2, etc.

How to represent the Real Numbers on Number Line.
Here is the
Number line (Geometric line), as you see the point “O” which is called as
“origin”.
The Origin point “O” has two directions –
ü
Left Direction (Negative Direction)
ü
Right Direction (Positive Direction)
Left Direction has negative numbers or negative points.
Right Direction
has positive numbers or positive points.
A distance is chosen to be "1", then whole numbers are marked off: {1, 2, 3...}, and also in the negative direction: {..., −3, −2, −1}
Any point on the line is a Real Number:

The numbers could be whole number (like 2, 3)
